A tribute to my mother, who left her home country of Ecuador as a young girl — carving a path of expansion through action and lived experience. She created a new life from which more stories could unfold. I stand in awe of my mother and her roots.

This piece reflects my mother’s journey — a path walked alongside the moon and its cycles, where direction was not always clear, but the connection to her roots remained constant.
